These terms govern your use of Toremochi (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to them.
The App has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are prohibited:
Where a violation is confirmed, we may remove the content and suspend or delete the account without prior notice.
You can report or block objectionable content and users from the menu at the top right of their profile. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on. Blocking hides both accounts from each other.
You retain the rights to the photos and comments you post. The operator uses them only as needed to provide the App. Check-in photos and comments are deleted automatically 7 days after posting.
The App does not provide health or medical advice. You train at your own discretion and risk. Alarms may fail to fire depending on the state of your device or operating system, and the operator is not liable for any resulting loss.
The operator may modify the App or discontinue it.
If we revise these terms, we will post the update on this page.
