Toremochi (the “App”) handles your personal information as described below. The App is operated by Gyungwook Lee (an individual developer).
1. Information we collect
Account information — the email address used to sign in, or the identifier from your Apple / Google / LINE account. Nickname, user ID, and profile photo (optional).
Check-in photos — photos you take to verify a workout.
Comments and mentions — text you post on your friends' check-ins.
Friend connections, blocks, and reports — the relationships and records needed to control who sees what and to keep the service safe.
Settings — your training days and times, reminder settings, declared goal, language, and time zone.
Push notification token — a device identifier used to deliver notifications.
Usage events — in-app events used to diagnose alarm delivery and improve the app (video views and ratings, check-ins, notification opens, and similar).
2. How we use it
To provide the App's features: alarms, notifications, streak tracking, and the friends feed.
To keep the service safe, including acting on reports of objectionable content.
To diagnose problems and improve quality.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell personal information to third parties.
3. Retention and deletion
Check-in photos and comments are deleted automatically 7 days after posting.
Account information, settings, notification tokens, and usage events are retained for as long as your account exists.
Deleting your account removes all of your data from our servers (photos, records, comments, friend connections, usage events, and so on). You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
4. Who can see your content
Check-in photos and profiles are visible only to friends you have approved. They are not shared publicly or with third parties.
5. Service providers and international transfers
The App relies on the following providers to operate. Each processes data solely for that purpose. Their servers are located outside your country (primarily in the United States), so your information is transferred internationally.
Clerk Inc. (USA — account authentication)
Convex, Inc. (USA — database and server)
Apple Inc. and Expo (USA — push notification delivery)
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal information. Deletion is available directly in the app at any time. For any other request, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
All communication is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Sign-in credentials are stored in your device's Keychain, and access to server-side data is limited to the operator.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we revise this policy, we will post the update on this page.
